The short version: RacerSense stores everything you enter on your own device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your data — ever. Your sessions, drivers, and setup notes stay entirely on your device.
Overview
RacerSense is a driver performance and session management app for karting coaches, drivers, and teams. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.
RacerSense is operated by Jamieson Solutions. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Because the app works entirely offline with no backend server, this is straightforward to deliver.
Data we do not collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit:
- Your name, email address, or any account information
- Location data or GPS coordinates
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage analytics or crash reports
- Any information about your drivers, sessions, or events
Data you enter into the app
Information you enter into RacerSense — including driver names, session feedback, lap times, setup changes, and event notes — is stored locally on your device only.
This data:
- Never leaves your device
- Is not sent to any server operated by us or any third party
- Is not accessible to Jamieson Solutions or anyone else
- Is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its storage
In-app purchases
RacerSense offers an optional Pro upgrade as a one-time purchase. All payments are processed entirely by the platform you downloaded the app from. We do not handle, process, or store any payment card or billing information.
Third-party services
RacerSense does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or cloud storage services. The app has no internet-connected features beyond the payment processing described above.
Children's privacy
RacerSense does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app is intended for use by individuals aged 13 and over. Because all data remains on-device, there is no mechanism by which we could access any user's information regardless of age.
Changes to this policy
If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be published at this address with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
